If I import my Facebook Friends again, will CircleCloser create duplicate records?

CircleCloser will not duplicate someone if they have the same name or same email address as someone you already have on your CircleCloser list. But even with that protection, you’ll get some duplicates because people use maiden names sometimes, have multiple email addresses, etc.

So the easiest way to clean this up is to go to your Database page and sort by last name. Quickly scan the list and look for duplicates. When you find one, click the trash can icon next to the name you don’t need and it’s gone. Or, you can use our merge tool to combine them into one contact record. Even a very large list will be cleaned up in a matter of minutes. It’s like our founder, Eric always says: you’re moving into your dream home, but you will still have to unpack the dishes. 😊
