How do I backdate a Connect?

Note: Backdating can only be done from the Database page.

Create a new backdated connect:

1. Search for the contact using the Search field at the top of the page.
2. Click the blue connect button.
3. Enter any details
4. Adjust the date above the white conversation box.
5. Log Connect

Change the date on an existing connect:

1. Search for the contact using the Search field at the top of the page.
2. On the Database Page, with contact selected, click on Activity Feed
3. Click the connect you wish to change.
4. Click Edit. Change the date and save.
