How do I merge duplicate contacts?

Log-in to your CircleCloser account.

1. Click on Database on the left hand side of the Dashboard.
2. Now select Tools upper left.
3. Then choose Merge contacts.
4. Next, search for the duplicate contacts using the Search bars.
5. Now you can choose the information you wish to keep in the system.
6. Select Merge Contacts to merge the data per your preference.

Done!
