I’m having trouble getting the download from Facebook

Here are the top solutions:

• Make sure to check spam
• Request your archive from Facebook again. Now wait 5-10 minutes and go back to your Settings page in Facebook and click Download my Archive. Now on the next page you’ll see “Download” instead of “Request”. Click that and see if it downloads immediately for you.
